About this treatment
Luk pra kob is a centuries-old Thai remedy: bundles of herbs wrapped in cotton, steamed and pressed along the body. Our compresses are handmade in-house by our therapists, who trained in Thai herbal medicine, using herbs from a local community in Chiang Mai. The gentle heat and herbal aroma melt tension after a Thai massage.

Your session
What to expect
- Change in private down to your underwear (we provide disposable underwear if you prefer) and relax under a sheet.
- A Thai massage loosens the body first.
- Warm compresses are pressed and rolled over the back, shoulders, arms and legs.
- The heat is tested on your skin first, so tell us if it feels too hot.
- Finish relaxed with warm tea.
Good to know
- Please tell us about sensitive skin, herb allergies, pregnancy or fever.
- Herbs may leave a light golden tint and scent on the skin. Both wash off easily.
